All products have a simple one button operation. To turn on your device press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds. To cycle through the 10 settings, press the same button firmly each time.

Yes! all IFONNX vibrators are manufactured using body-safe silicone that is skin-friendly, harmless to the human body, and free from phthalates, BPA, and latex.Note that we recommend using only water-based lubricants with your toy, as silicon-based lubricants will degrade the toy's silicone.If for any reason you are having a physical issue with the toy, cease using the toy and any other products combined with it, and let us know straight away.

All vibrators are 100% waterproof, meaning you can not only clean them in water, but also take into the shower or bath with you!

All vibrators come with a pin USB charging cable or a magnetic charging cable. To charge with the pin cable, insert the pin to the charging port. The charging port is small circle with an outline and a tiny pin hole in the center. A blinking light indicator suggests the product is charging, as soon as the light turns solid, the product is fully charged and should be unplugged. To charge with the magnetic cable, simply tap the magnetic cable end to the metal product port and it will attach.

Be sure to clean thoroughly before and after each use. Since all vibrators are 100% waterproof, you can clean them with water and a mild soap.  a 10% bleach solution can be used to clean if desired. To avoid battery or motor damage, DO NOT BOIL your vibrators, place them in the dishwasher or subject them to temperatures higher than body temperature.

Yes, all our sex toys come with one-year warranty. It does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the sex toy will void the warranty.

Unfortunately, due to health concerns, we don't accept returns for refund or exchange purposes once the product has been used/opened. This is standard in the the highly intimate nature of sex toy industry. 

but, if the product is defective, we can honor our one-year warranty.

We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Unopened means in the original packaging with the plastic seal intact. Please contact us for return instructions.

Many of our toys can be used for multiple purposes - if it feels pleasurable somewhere else on your body or your partner's body, that's great! So feel free to explore, remembering to use lubricant and go slowly.

But, we don't recommend oral usage of these toys.
